Reptile Enclosures : Terrariums and Snake Tanks
Market Guide:Terrariums And Snake Enclosures

Introduction :
Several years ago most terrariums where hand made by hobbyists mainly due to the lack of good commercial reptile enclosures, so reptile keepers (including me) would either have to modify fish aquariums or build terrariums out of glass panels resulting in poor quality enclosures and ugly silicone smeared all around the corners ,not to mention the possibility of a snake escaping from gaps and improper doors and lids. !Today i really dont see the point in going through this messy and painstaking process.I for once have replaced all my custom enclosures with commercial ones. They are much better looking than the ones i used to make, its faster and better altogether.I will however admit that for larger snake like adult Burmese -Reticulated Pythons or Anacondas you will be forced to make a custom enclosures.
When it comes down to selecting the best enclosure for your reptile, you will find many different types of terrariums and snake tanks. Here is a list with the most common and tested Terrariums in the market.
Terrarium Hoods And Covers
Terrarium hoods and canopies can be a very useful addition to any terrarium. You will be adding lights to your reptiles housing anyway, why go into all the trouble connecting messy wires and lamps tangling on top of you terrarium. This kits provide you with a clean and tidy way to do so.
